All bookings are taken personally by Susan the owner.

 

Changeover day for “ English Flower Cottage” is normally a Friday. Guests are free to arrive from 6 pm and do not have to leave till 1 pm. Variations on this timing must be discussed and agreed upon with Susan at the time of booking.

 

Prices.

 

We are introducing flat rate pricing of £99 per night ( min. 3 nights) from January 2017. This is a response to the increasingly competitive and impractical pricing by other property owners. This rate will apply irrespective of time of year or occupancy. Please note that no large singe sex parties will be permitted to book our holiday home and that guests must act responsibly at all times. Gas/electricity and linen are included.

 

15% of the rent is payable at the time of booking. This is non returnable except if the cottage becomes unavailable for unforeseen reasons. Full balance is due 28 days before the first day of the let. All money due must be paid by electronic transfer or cheque ( payment by cheque requires an additional 5 days on top of the 28 for cheque clearance). Credit card payment may also be possible under certain circumstances. In the event of a late booking being agreed to by Susan payment must be made at once in a manner agreeable to both parties.
